Is Dheris certified by doctors or any agency that certifies products for children?
Our products are formulated with ingredients that meet high safety standards and are dermatologically tested. While we are not certified by a pediatric board, our formulations are created with expert guidance and safe for kids aged 6 months to 15 years.
Why are some of the ingredients chemical sounding?
Even natural ingredients often have scientific names. We use ingredients that are safe, non-toxic, and carefully selected for children's sensitive skin and hair. Each component is included with a clear purpose — for safety, stability, and effectiveness.
How can I find out what ingredients are in my product?
All ingredients are listed on the product packaging and also on each product page on our website. We believe in full transparency so you can make the best choices for your child.
Are your fragrances allergen free?
Yes, we use mild and kid-safe fragrances that are free from known allergens. Our formulations are gentle and designed to minimize the risk of irritation.
Are the products paraben-free? Sulphate-free, silicone-free, gluten-free?
Absolutely. All Dheris products are free from parabens, sulphates, silicones, and gluten. Our promise is clean, conscious, and child-safe care.
Are Dheris products pH balanced?
Yes. All our products are pH balanced to match the natural pH of your child’s skin and scalp, ensuring they stay protected and healthy.
I am a vegan. Can I use your products?
Yes! Dheris products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We don’t test on animals or use any animal-derived ingredients.
As you are a new brand, how can I trust you?
We understand your concern. At Dheris, safety and transparency are non-negotiable. We prioritize high-quality ingredients, clean formulations, and parent-first policies. We are also building trust through certifications and honest communication.
Are you an Indian company?
Yes, Dheris is proudly made in India. We source and manufacture locally while following national safety standards.
Where’s my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this to monitor your package until it reaches your doorstep.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for prepaid orders above ₹2499. For orders below that amount, standard shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I edit my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact our support team to update the address. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
